Q: Is this a preorder?

A: Yes. The SASUKE HEAVY TEE is available for preorder from June 12th through June 19th. Production begins after preorders close. Any future releases will clearly state whether they are preorder or in-stock items.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders will ship after production has been completed and inventory has been received. Production and shipping updates will be sent by email.

Q: How does the shirt fit?

A: All NOCTYXA shirts feature an oversized fit. Order your normal size for the intended fit.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: All sales are final. Please review your size and shipping information carefully before placing your order. As a small independent brand, I do my best to ensure every order meets my standards before it ships.

Q: What if there is an issue with my order?

A: If your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment issue, contact info@noctyxa.com and I will do my best to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
